The property:
4 bedroom detached house in private cul de sac. Walking distance to city centre and off-street parking. Twelve minutes drive to the Royal Cornwall Hospital.
There is a shed available for bikes/surfboard etc.

The Room:
Fully furnished Double bedroom available with ensuite. The room is accessed from the front door and has its own level.
It has a flat screen TV, desk and chair.

The Kitchen facilities and a washing machine are shared with live in landlords. Personal fridge/freezer and cupboard space. All bills/WiFi inc.

Bed linen, Bath Towels and toilet paper provided. The room can be cleaned fortnightly if preferred.

About Us:
We are a couple with a 7 year old son and a small dog. We are working professionals and our son goes to school. We are relaxed, friendly people with a good sense of humour. We are looking for a tidy person who needs short term accommodation while on their placement or a on short term contract with work.

Short term rentals preferred (Max 3 months)
