Double Room with Ensuite Bathroom

Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 5 minute walk from town centre. Close to Train station, bus station & shops. Parking is street parking with permit, and we have guest parking.

Apartment its self is deceptively large and bright but cosy, warm and comfortable.

I care most about the house being respected, and myself am very quiet and don't really utilise the space, so I'm looking for someone with equal mindset when it comes to respecting the space and having a generally nice vibe. The house also comes with my two lovely house cats, both lazy.

Room available from now on - I am WFH friendly, I know a few places aren't, there are also no "time" restrictions to any part of the house - I must also stress this is my home I am NOT a HMO - this has come up a lot! It's just me. I am very relaxed and the house is there to be a home.
