One double bedroom available in a detatched house

This detached house has five bedrooms, and one of the double bedrooms on the top floor is available for rent. I am a PhD student at the University of Exeter. My husband is a professor at the University, and my daughter is studying A levels at Truro High School for Girls; she lives in the house. The room has a separate toilet (you will be the only person to use it), and the house has a large garden, a double garage and a driveway. All bills are included, and Wi-Fi is also free. We are preferably looking for female professionals (one female preferred). We have a large kitchen; you will have a separate fridge, but no beef or pork is allowed in the house. We are Hindu, but we respect all religions and their practices. Our home is at Penn An Dre, TR13GL, it's located 10 min walk from Royal Cornwall Hospital and 10 min walk to Sainsbury and 15 min walk to Truro Train Station, we have also adequate parking places. It is to be noted that we are strong advocates of green energy, and our house has solar panels; therefore, we use the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher during daytime only. We are looking for a like-minded person.
No Smokers and no male friends are allowed to stay overnight.
