Available for winter let from November 1st, possibility of October start.
1) Large room with super king bed, fitted wardrobes, 32” tv, overlooking the garden in a peaceful Victorian house, in quiet village of Tywardreath, sharing with two other females.
2) Large room with double bed & huge tv.
Fully furnished house, shared bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen. Garden.
Note: Each room is single occupancy due to shared bathroom.
All bills included, gas, electric, water, council tax, fast broadband.
On street unrestricted parking.
Available Nov 1st to April 30th as owner going abroad. Earlier may be possible.
