Master bedroom with en suite in East Belfast

This is a modern house in Sydenham, close to the Belmont and Ballyhackamore area. It is located within walking distance of Victoria Park, Sydenham train station and Belfast City Airport. A new paddle hub has opened right down the road within walking distance of the house also.

The house has recently been refurbished and painted to a high standard. It is a warm cozy building to relax in. The house was only built in 2012 so it is easily heated. It has gas central heating and is paid for by direct debit (so no gas card needed!) Bills are included in the total monthly cost quoted. We have professional cleaners who come once a fortnight on a Wednesday.

I grew up in Whitehead and bought the house in 2018 which I love. Living in Belfast is great with so many things to do and see. The neighbours here are very quiet and friendly. Parking is never a problem on the road where it is free also. I work full-time as a dentist between Mondays and Fridays. I am away a lot of weekends in the year also. I speak Irish, English and German and welcome all nationalities and languages. My other house mate is an absolute gentleman from Kildare who is very quiet and respectful and works in the specialist medical equipment sector.
