I am a simple bloke living in East Belfast. I'm looking for someone who is:

A gamer. PC and X-box preferred. NO PS players (Just kidding)
Stays up late
Laidback but not lazy
TV, Movie lover and all round geek
Socialable
Netflix account holder (Just kidding)
Shift workers highly preferred. No 9-5 people! Sorry
Steady job and steady income
English first language

I won't lie folks. I don't clean things immediately, I stay up very late! Room to let is small but with a few things in it. I sometimes make bondage furniture as well so I will cause some noise but not late and will be considerate. I have no dishwasher or tumble dryer. Fridge/Freezer I do have. I do like my own company but would like to at least see my room mate and discuss pretty much anything from time to time. No pets preferred

But this would be great for those seeking to get unto the property ladder themselves
