Student

I am an easy going guy who would like to share my 2 bedroomed ground floor flat with private garden access .The bathroom and kitchen have recently been renovated which would be shared facilities.
I am from N Ireland and have lived out of the country in a multi cultural environment so the flat share would suit a student who wants to lead a normal Belfast life away from halls of residence .
I work 4 days/ week in an office .There is strong WiFi and the room could be arranged into a study environment .The local forest is a few minutes away with pathways for walking and jogging .
The flat is close to a regular bus service and local amenities are easily accessible .I want a female flatmate as I think that person would be more house proud and tidy. The rent includes all services.
