Spare room

We are three female professionals looking for a fourth housemate to join our spacious cosy chilled house just off the Annadale embankment.

We all are busy enough individuals with our own schedules however we frequently have meals together, movie nights, outdoor adventures or go to to cultural events around the city.

Whilst we are respectful of each others space we are keen that whoever joins us wants to be part of a household as opposed to just looking for a room.

There is a beautiful green hill right outside the house within the estate which is great place to relax or exercise. It's a very safe community orientated, multi-cultural neighbourhood.

We also have a small garden and grow some of our own food when the plants live!

The house is close to the tow path which is great for accessing the city centre via bike. Less than a minute from the Lagan Valley and Belvoir Park. We are also very close to the great coffee shops, bars and restaurants that the Ormeau Road offers.

There is loads of storage space including a large garage. The room available comes with its own bathroom so you pretty much have a floor to yourself.

Because we are keen to get someone who fits the 'vibe' of the house we would ask that you come visit for tea or dinner if you are interested in the room. (Zoom chat can also be arranged if travel is not possible).
