The bedroom is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a terraced house. You also have your own bathroom next to the bedroom. You have the top floor to yourself. Bedroom measures 14 feet/4.3 metres x 10 feet/3 metres.

The bedroom was painted and carpeted approx two years ago. There is a big brand new wardrobe. The desk and chair are also new, as are the bedside tables. The condition of all items is excellent.

The bathroom was renovated approx two years ago with new shower, new sanitary ware and new floor. Gas system ensures instant hot water.

On the first floor is my bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor are the shared rooms - kitchen, living room and dining room. Kitchen includes appliances which were new approx two years ago - fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. And there is a hob and oven.

I am considering swapping my first floor bedroom and bathroom in photos 6 to 8 (also renovated approx two years ago) for the second floor bedroom and bathroom if you were to prefer it. This bedroom is the same floor area as the other bedroom, but has a higher ceiling and bigger windows. It also has a built-in storage cupboard/wardrobe with 2 rails inside for hanging clothes. The bigger first floor room would cost £50 more per month, therefore £600 per month. Just to clarify that I am 'considering' - I may or may not decide to offer it.

All bills are included - Rates/council tax, WIFI, gas and electricity.

The house is of a very good standard. There is on-street parking in front of the house or 50 metres away on the main road.

Rosemount Gardens is one of the prettiest streets in the area - tree-lined and next to Waterworks park/lake where you can enjoy scenic walks. Furthermore, the property is located towards the end of the street which is alongside the park/lake.

Length of stay - minimum 4 months and max 1 year. Although there may be flexibility depending on your circumstances.

Professionals/mature students sought - 25 years old+.
