The bedroom is on the top floor (2nd floor) of a terraced house. You also have your own bathroom next to the bedroom. You have the top floor to yourself. Bedroom measures 14 feet/4.3 metres x 10 feet/3 metres.

The bedroom was newly painted and newly carpeted less than one year ago. The bathroom was newly renovated less than one year ago with new shower, new sanitary ware and new floor. Gas system ensures instant hot water.

On the first floor is my bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor are the shared rooms - kitchen, living room and dining room. Kitchen includes appliances which were new less than a year ago - fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. And there is a hob/oven.

All bills are included - Rates/council tax, WIFI, gas and electricity.

The house is of a very good standard. There is on-street parking in front of the house or 50 metres away on the main road.

Rosemount Gardens is one of the prettiest streets in the area - tree-lined and next to Waterworks park/lake where you can enjoy scenic walks. Furthermore, the property is located towards the end of the street which is alongside the park/lake.

Length of stay - minimum 3 months and max 1 year. Although there may be flexibility depending on your circumstances.

Professionals/mature students sought - 25 years old+.
