Small double room beside Belfast City Airport

There is a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a chair , open wardrobe with some hanging space and drawers and a chair in the room. There is no place for much stuff or desk in the room it's a smaller double bedroom.
The room is for SINGLE occupancy only.
Room is available till June. Shorter term can be considered for the right person

It is friendly but quiet house where we respect each other space, and considerate to others around us. Looking for a 4th person to join to share the house with us.

A male professional in his 30s only here working Sunday till Wednesday working office hours in a fiancial institution. After 3 days work he is traveling back to London to his family.

I am a live in landlord, working with disabled people as a community support worker, do very long shifts beside each other so I am usually off for 3-4 full days than I am arround the rest of the week.
