All bills included rooms for mature students

Two rooms available in a friendly, quiet and respectful home. I’m a live-in landlord looking for two people to share the house with me.

This is a small, peaceful household where we respect each other’s space and are considerate of those around us. It is not a party house, and I’m looking for quiet, kind and friendly people who are happy to mostly keep to themselves when at home. I also prefer a home without visitors or guests coming over.

I work as a community support worker supporting people with disabilities. I work long shifts grouped together, so I am often off for 3–4 full days at a time and around the house the rest of the week.

Double room SINGLE OCCUPANCY only Furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chair, wardrobe and writing bureau with drawers.

A second, smaller single room is also available.

The rooms are available from September until June for the academic year. I would ideally like mature, quiet and respectful students, but I may also consider full-time working professionals with a regular/set work schedule.

Finding the right people and a good match for the household is important to me, rather than simply renting to the first person who applies.
