I have a spacious, furnished double room in a large, sunny house. Double bed and mattress, dressing table, chests of drawers, and wardrobe provided. The room is large, clean, and has a brand new carpet and curtains.

The house is newly refurbished with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is free on-street parking as well as a driveway and garage. All bills are included in the rent.

I am a local teacher in my early thirties, fairly laid back and sociable. I'm looking for someone easy going, who will respect the property.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant to live in. The house is a short walk form local amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, leisure centre and gym. Great transport links into town, with a Glider bus stop only 2 minutes away.
