👋 A little about me

I’m a female professional working for a US-based IT company on a flexible hybrid schedule. I’m usually in the office 2 days a week and work from home the remaining days.

I love cooking and travelling. I also practise yoga in the living room for around an hour each day.

💷 Bills
All bills are split equally between two people:

• Wi-Fi: £30/month total → £15 each
• Electricity: Prepaid — approximately £50 every 3 weeks total → around £25 each, depending on usage
• Gas: Approximately £50/month total → around £25 each; this may increase during winter depending on usage

🧹 House Expectations

I take pride in keeping the apartment clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who values cleanliness and hygiene. Household responsibilities such as vacuuming and mopping will be shared on a weekly rota.

To maintain a peaceful environment, no frequent guests or overnight stays, please.

📋 Tenancy Details
• Tenancy takeover for my current housemate
• Contract will be amended into the new tenant’s name
• Tenancy runs until March 2027, with no early termination/break clause
