kitchen has dishwasher and washer/drier , small sofa and TV also
room has access to main bathroom almost exclusively , as I have an en-suite
shared living room

ample on street parking at side of house
quiet street
walking distance to Sydenham train station and several near by bus stops
I have a pet cat - so someone who has experience living with and/or a fondness of animals is ideal :)
I can provide a desk and chair for bedroom if you need to WFH.
