Flat shared with one other person (F only)

Lovely apartment in quiet location sharing with one other person. Looking ideally for a professional, but mature/post-grad students considered.

Bedroom is a double (approx 3.75m x 2.75m). Furniture included. At the moment there is a large Ikea Kallax unit (4x3) but this can be replaced with a wardrobe, if required. There are also 2 other large cupboards/ wardrobes in a spare room/ hallway, which you can have space in too, if needed. Room comes with use of the main bathroom which is just up the hall (bath/shower). I have an en-suite, so only other people sharing the bathroom will be if we have guests. Room looks out over shared garden.

Large living area with sofa, dining table, TV - newly decorated. Good sized kitchen with shared cupboard space/ fridge/ washing machine.

I will occasionally have friends/ family to stay in the spare room, so you would have to be ok with this. I also usually have friends over a couple of evenings a week but nothing late.

5 min walk from bus stop, easy walking access to Ormeau Road, easy walking access to the Tow Path. Parking spaces available.

About me - I'm post-grad student/ working part time. I enjoy going for walks, cooking, exploring local markets, anything artsy/creative/ musical. I'd ideally like to live with someone with similar interests.
