Double room in cute Ravenhill house

Hello! My name is Claire and I'm looking for a fun, sociable, tidy roommate to join me from the end of January. Looking for someone who will treat the house like a home and is down to hang out in the evenings but also enjoys to get out and about.

The room available is a double room, and the house has a cosy, cottagey vibe.

Downstairs, the house includes a sitting room, separate dining room, and kitchen leading to a back garden. The sitting room also has double doors out to the garden, which is especially lovely in the summer when having people over or just hanging out. The shed in the garden houses the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Both bedrooms are upstairs along with the bathroom and a small office. I have been using the office as my room is smaller and I work from home, but I am happy to share it 😊
The bedroom comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, closet, and has room for a desk. It has a lovely charming fireplace and gets really nice light.

The house is in a prime location between Cregagh and Ravenhill with lots of shops, cafes and workout studios/gyms nearby. We are only a 5 minute walk to Ormeau park and a 40 minute walk into city centre (only about 25 minutes on the bus). There is also room for parking on the street out front. It is a nice residential area and we have some really lovely neighbors.

I am quite sociable and enjoy a night out and hosting friends, but I also love a good night in watching a movie, cooking and baking or doing some crafts. It would be great to meet someone who is also chatty and likes similar things.

Bills are not included. They vary by season, but on average the total comes to around £60/70 a month.
