Room in Flat Available

I'm looking for someone to take on an upstairs room in a fully furnished flat alongside myself.

The room:
A double bed with an en-suite bathroom and excellent view of the estate above.

The property:
My room is located downstairs, alongside another bathroom with a bath if needed.
*Furnished living room and kitchen, the latter containing an airfryer, coffee machine for communal use

*A six space car park is located at the rear of the flat for any drivers.
*Within a five minute walking distance from Stormont Park, Spar and bus stops. Ten minutes from Ballyhackamore
*The estate is very quiet in a mid-demographic area, located in a cul-de-sac containing polite, mature neighbours.
*Excellent JustEat options as close to Ballyhackamore lol

Me, your potential new housemate:
I'm an aspiring producer so keep myself to myself in my room, but always up for a yarn. An easy-going person that just asks is willing to assist with anything initially and onwards, I just ask that communal areas, items are kept clean in ample time and that we respect the neighbours through courteous behaviour.

If you're into music, art or the odd drink we'll get on like a house on fire (hopefully not lol), but not essential.
