I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Nelson Place, Belfast for the 2026/27 academic year.

The room is a furnished single ensuite room with a private bathroom and access to shared kitchen and communal facilities.

Rent is £172 per week, with bills included. The tenancy is available from 5 September 2026 until 28 August 2027.

The replacement tenant will need to complete the required checks and tenancy process directly with Student Roost.
