Double Room in Belfast – £600 per Month, Bills Included

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate female lodger to share my home in Belfast.
The double room is £600 per month, including bills, with a £600 deposit. You’ll be sharing with me, the homeowner, with access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. The room is fully furnished under bed storage & wardrobe.

I’d love to find someone who is tidy, respectful and happy to help keep our shared spaces comfortable.

If you’re interested, please message with a little about yourself, when you’re hoping to move and how long you’re looking to stay. We can then arrange a viewing so you can see the room and meet me.
