Replacement Tenant for Student Accom Belfast

Hi,

I’m looking to move out of my student accommodation in BT9 Elms. I am staying in an ensuite room so no need to worry about the bathroom. My flatmates are amazing as well and the common spaces are kept so tidy. It is £163/week. This includes the cost of all bills, ie, gas, electricity, wifi etc. As well as this you get free access to the gym and the treehouse which has loads of social events.

The only reason I am moving out is due to my inability to pay for it myself. I think it’ll be cheaper for me to commute. SO sad to be leaving but whoever gets this room is gonna have so much fun.
