I’m looking for a student to take over my Ensuite Bronze room at Student Roost, Nelson Place, Belfast.
Room details:

* Fully furnished bedroom with a small double bed
* Private en-suite bathroom
* Shared kitchen facilities
* Wi-Fi included
* Student accommodation
* Available ASAP, subject to approval
* Tenancy ends: 11 July 2027
The room has never been occupied by me and is available for an official tenancy takeover.
The replacement student must meet Student Roost’s eligibility requirements, and all takeover arrangements will be handled directly by the accommodation provider.
