Double Room with En-suite and parking

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate person to enjoy this spacious room while I’m away travelling for a few months.

The room is bright, comfortable and generously sized, with beautiful views and plenty of convenient off-road parking. The home is peaceful and well maintained, with a quiet and tidy housemate who works in the office during the week and away on most weekends.

I’m planning to travel from November and may return around January or February, so a flexible arrangement or rolling contract would be ideal. I’m happy to discuss the rent and find an arrangement that works well for everyone.
