Flat to yourself 5 days, shared space 2 days p/w

Main double bedroom available in a recently redecorated and renovated flat, in a quiet part of a popular area near Forestside.

I only stay at the flat two nights a week, using the smaller bedroom, so you’ll have the whole place to yourself around four or five days a week.

All bills are included in the rent except heating, which will be split equally between us.

The flat would suit someone looking for a quiet home rather than a party household. No loud music or parties.
