Building has a free Gym, plenty of study and social spaces included in the price alongside a great location to Ulster University and quick connections to Queen's, also in the city centre to loads of shops nearby.
I'm able to do the tenancy takover as soon as possible but I can work around you though :)
I'm able to send the payment plan if you want to see but you would only be paying for the months you're there obviously.
