It is a quiet house in a residential area and has off street carparking and is also served by the bus route. The house has a good kitchen with all modern conveniences and dining area, bathroom upstairs with shower. and a shared big sitting room. It has a private patio area at the back with washing line and a nice front garden .The bills are shared by the housemates .
