Hi large double room available in shared apartment with owner. Please let me know a little about your your circumstances, student, working, tourist etc. I do not provide accommodation On this occasion I have a strong preference for a female tenant this time around for a change.

I am offering a large room at £525 per month (as heating costs are high, having increased by 150% in 14 months) Short term' stays of one month only, (and lesser periods if requested) in my two bed apartment, sharing with myself-owner. The apartment is 15 mins by bus to Queen's University and 25 mins to city centre.
This is ideal for those needing transitory 'short term/medium comfortable accommodation in a quiet, peaceful area. It will be popular for people of all ages & backgrounds students, post grads, tourists, people in transit. I won't accept anyone if they're planning to remain indoors in their room most or all of each day. For the right person I may be flexible with extending beyond one month.
It's lovely, bright modern apartment with gas central heating and wifi, washing machine etc. There is a veranda with a great view. Outside is beautifully landscaped and tree lined. It's a very nice place, near to all amenities, shops, Lagan Valley Regional Park, public transport networks.
I am a laid back, pleasant, young at heart, GSOH and easy to get along with, semi-retired, now a writer.)
The basic home rules are
No overnight visitors, no couples, no smoking, no loud noise and of course respectful of each others privacy, of the apartment/ keeping place and utensils clean. Any damages must be paid for.
