Spare room in East Belfast

Hey,

So basically I've used this site to meet housemates before. The last girl who lived here stayed 5 years, and now I'm in 2 minds about whether I want to let out my spare room again or not.

I definitely don't want someone who wants to stay that long again, but I am more open to something short term.

House is just a little terrace house, quiet safe area in East Belfast, right beside the big Castlereagh Tesco, 20 minute walk to Layan Place train station.

About me, I've a degree in software engineering though I kinda fell out of that industry and work for the civil service now. I sometimes stay up late listening to music or TV shows but I'm generally pretty quiet, I don't drink or smoke.

I go out about 5 nights a week to dance classes or events, so I would tend to be out a reasonable amount in the evenings, but I work from home, so I probably don't want another housemate who would be working from home as well, just in case it conflicts. I admittedly am sometimes bad for leaving clothes lying around or being a little untidy, but I hope it's not too bad :x

Bottomline is I'm open to having another lodger if it was someone I thought I would get along with on a short term basis, in the past I actually didn't engage much with my housemates and we just kind of lived independently doing our own things, I was happy with this, but I think going forward I would want to be more interactive and maybe play board games or that kind of thing, so someone up for that would be nice.
