Description
I’m 25 and working full time 6/7 days a week so house is empty quite a lot of the time. Just looking for someone to help with cost of rent, have full access to the whole house & also garden which is very spacious. Previous person who rented room is clearing their room tomorrow so can get photos etc after. One room for rent, has a double bed there just needs new mattress. Wifi is included. £450 a month and roughly about £10 per week for electric depending on usage. Every month or so maybe £50 towards oil to buy every 2/3 months.
