Room to rent in a rural country cottage

Our home is a traditional country cottage situated just outside Newtownards. Cottage will be shared with professional female owner and 2 male lodgers. The 2 current lodgers work shifts so are not about a lot of the time. The cottage is located on a quiet country road with no light pollution and for those who enjoy the outdoors there are 3 fisheries located close to the property and there are plenty of walking and cycling trails in the area. It is a short commute to Newtownards, Bangor and the towns on the Ards Peninsula. For those who need to travel to Belfast, the City Centre is approximately 18 miles away and the Ulster Hospital is about 15mins away. Lodger would need own transport as cottage is in rural location. The whole house has been freshly decorated and the rooms have been furnished to a high standard. There will be communal use of:

The owner has a small female dog who is extremely friendly - no other pets allowed
The property would suit a quiet and mature working professional who wants to experience the good life! You must be neat and tidy and will be expected to keep your room clean..
Credit checks and references will be required. You will also need to obtain your own insurance for personal belongings as these will not be covered under house insurance.
