Looking find a place? I’ve a 4 bedroom in NewtownArds, recently single and landlord is looking to put rent up, so I’m kinda stuck as I get paid well but can’t afford what they’re asking, I’ve a 4 bed, I’ve 5 kids who come most weekends, I’m out most days, and I golf, if your interested drop me a message, I’m a smoker and house is pretty clean but long days at work it does need a spruce up, looking 400 or close as! I’ll continue to pay bills if you help with electric and gas from time to time and buy your own food, I’m 36 single, and a Hgv driver but work from home, house is fully furnished but if you have anything I’m sure we can sort summit out
