Room to let in the Centre of Newtownards

I have 2 rooms to let in my home and one of these is already occupied. My daughter and I also live in the home.
There are private facilities for the rented rooms including Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster etc for convenience. This is on the third floor and there is also a Shower/toilet room.
Of course access to kitchen, Utilities, patio and Garden.
Located in the Centre of Newtownards, it is very close to bus access for both Bangor and Dundonald/Comber/Belfast.
All bills are included and we do have a cat, Nancy (as evidenced in pics).
There is on street parking and parking and finding spaces is rarely a problem.
I had a tenent in this room for the past 6 years and we were very sad to see her leave. We are looking forward to meeting you to see if you will make a good fit with in our home.
