In town location, 2 minutes walk from Hospital, 1 minute walk to bus stop, 10 mins to train station, within 20 mins walk to all the town schools.

Shared bathroom, with double bath and large shower. Unlimited WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime available, Gas central Heating, Electric & Water, Council Tax (band A) all included. Use of Yarden and main Kitchen (for washing up, laundry & baking). Parking is available at the bus stop end of culdesac, (about 6 spaces which are not in front of my neighbours homes) Sorry no off road parking available.

You can keep yourself to yourself or come downstairs, when you'd like company, a friendly Jack Russel and a cute Cat live downstairs with Me:-) Daughter attending college has the second bedroom.

Short term let (2-5 months) is £140 per week).
If you say you are long term and then leave within 5 months you will be charged the extra before I will supply a reference.
10% reduction on either rate, if only occupying room Monday to Friday.
