The annex provides a comfortable and private alternative to staying in a hotel or shared accommodation, with its own living space, kitchen, shower room, entrance and parking.

This rate is ideal for someone working locally during the week who returns home at weekends as we usually use it as an Airbnb on weekends.

The annex is situated in a quiet rural location with convenient access to Darlington, Northallerton, Richmond, Catterick and Teesside, making it a great base for local work placements and longer-term projects.
