Looking for a flatmate in my newly refurbished 4 bed house (2 bathroom) in a stunning and quiet location of Durham. Only 5 minutes to the centre of the city. There is a bus stop only a minute walk away which will take you straight into Durham.

Double and single room available with all bills included. Plenty of storage space, both in the the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. I have a washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc. I also have plates, pots, pans, glasses and cutlery that you can use if you wish to.

Happy to buy additional furniture if needed (the single room now has a new desk and chair)

There is a shop, a pub and an award-wining Indian restaurant in the village. 6 minutes away from large supermarkets Asda, Aldi and Lidl.

The house backs onto woodland and the River Wear which is great for walks/runs.

Open to negotiations for longer term tenants.

I work for the University and like to train jiu-jitsu and go surfing in my free time. I am away most of the week but back at weekends. The other housemate is a researcher at the university.
