Small Double Gilesgate Durham females preferred

Room available in Gilesgate, your own separate bathroom with a bathtub. I am currently in the ensuite bedroom so I never use the main bathroom and there is a guest bathroom downstairs so it would be completely private. The room is a small double. Broadband included. I am a student, so a student is preferred because I don't pay council tax. Women preferred please. The house is a 3 bedroom (1 room is a small study) and 2 and a half bathroom house with a garden. The area is nice and quiet, and there is space for 2 cars for parking. The kitchen already has a washing machine, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and oven included. I am a fairly clean person, so i'd like someone conscious of keeping the communal spaces reasonably tidy. If you are interested, please drop me a message!
