The house is a 5-minute stroll from St Bede College and 10 mins from the City Centre. Secure outhouse cycle storage is included for bicycles. There is on-street parking to the front of the house. The nearest bus stop is a couple minute walk away. Sainsbury's Local is a 5 minute walk away and retail parks close by.

This was my home for over 5 years and has been well looked after. The handyman is local and quickly can resolve any issues. This house would be perfect for those who want a lovely cosy home feel and will suit postgraduate students. Happy to discuss bills included if that's required.
