The house is ideal for Hospital & Admin Staff, Durham University Admin staff and in a good, popular area and is also ideal accommodation for Post Grads, PhDs, Erasmus, MScs and Post Docs
The City Centre is an easy walk to or to reach by bus (3-4 mins), walking (12-15mins), or cycling (3-4min). Train Station is half way to City and well connected.
Direct bus to town, Departments, Science Site & Library, Mountjoy Research Centre and Sports Centre; buses run from outside the house.
Subsidised bus season tickets available with Student Union card.
It is considerably less costly to live in this area than in the town centre, though very convenient.
There is Free off road parking for up to three vehicles. Secure bike storage in patio area.
