Modern Furnished Double & Single Rooms

Hello to all and welcome to Durham!

I'm Gaz, a live in/live out flatmate who has modern and secure rooms available in separate house shares for both students and professionals.

We're just outside of Durham city, all rooms are private and secure with shared communal Bathrooms, Shower rooms and Living/Dining areas. The communal kitchens are also equipped with the essentials needed to keep us facilitated whilst cooking our favorite dish.

Room Details:

Similar to a hotel, all rooms are fully furnished and include ample wardrobe space, drawer space and areas for working or studying.
All quilts and bedding are provided upon each arrival and to maximize the value during your stay, tv's are included in every room to allow for that glorious 'me time' when needed.

Cleaning:

I have cleaners who've attended since 2010 to help keep on top of the communal areas for us. It's a fantastic bonus for all and at no extra cost to you 😁

Public Transport Access:

The public transport links are always within easy reach for regular travel to and from Durham City and surrounding towns, villages and Cities if and when needed.
The number 24 bus stops close to the door and runs every 15-30 minutes directly to and from Durham City.
Local taxi services are also available for more direct journeys when needing to travel on demand.

Access By Car:

Both the A1 and A19 links are easily accessible and within a short drive to and from our locations.

Local Conveniences:

There are various local takeaways and convenience stores nearby to grab our appetite and some are just within a short walking distance from home.

Shopping:

There are larger stores and ample retail parks which are also a short drive or bus journey away for that bigger shop when needed:

I'm a genuine, down to earth and positive person who is really easy to get on with. It's also great to share a good sense of humor with like-minded residents who can also maintain a clean and tidy home just as I do myself.

Since 2010, I've met some amazing people from around the world whilst advertising here with Spare-room and most still keep in touch today!
