Prefer easy going female who is a working professional in this family home with one female and 1 x 14 year old boy.

I’m happy for friends and family to visit occasionally, as it’s my home, but I’m looking for a lodger who is comfortable not having their own guests over. This keeps the house feeling relaxed and comfortable for everyone.
