There is a large, sunny garden with a gate that leads out to the green belt land and Nature Reserve. Wake up to the sound of the bird song here. It’s located on a very quiet and safe street. With great neighbours and your very own, free spot to park in, if required.

The internet connection here is super fast and reaches well into all rooms.

Rooms have desks. Fully furnished. All you need is your food and toiletries. Everything else is supplied and to a high standard.

I have rented on SpareRoom for over 15 years now and have made many friends during this time.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the property and it take 5 mins to get into the city centre and Durham University.
