I have a double room in Framwellgate Moor, DH1.

Calling all cat lovers……

I have a black and white cat who is the sweetest girl, she comes and goes as she pleases.

All bills are included. Key locks on all bedrooms.

There is a large, sunny garden with a gate that leads out to the green belt land and Nature Reserve. Wake up to the sound of the bird song here. It’s located on a very quiet and safe street. With great neighbours and your very own, free spot to park in, if required.

The internet connection here is super fast and reaches well into all rooms.
Fully furnished. All you need is your food and toiletries. Everything else is supplied and to a high standard.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the property and it take 5 mins to get into the city centre and Durham University.
