Preferably for a Female who is friendly and respectful. Double bedroom at 2nd floor with a shared bathroom at 1st floor and shared kitchen plus living room at ground floor. You will be sharing the super spacious house with two other housemates. Both are academic staff members of the University of Durham. It has a nice and cozy backyard. Very close to Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and Bus Stop that is only 8 minutes direct bus journey from Durham Bus Stop. The bus stop that is only 3-4 minutes walk from the property and bus (X46/49/49A) runs to Durham City Centre Bus Stop every 10-15 minutes. The house is situated in a very quiet area. The house is very ideal for a professional and student who want a quiet environment. The house is not exempted for council tax.
