Large double room with parking in quiet home

Hi! I’m looking for someone to share my home in Leadgate, just outside Consett.

The room is a spacious, furnished double with a king-size bed and plenty of space for storage. The house has off-road parking, a shared kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and tumble dryer, a vegetable garden and yard, fast wifi and is right outside a bus stop with direct routes to Consett, Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland.

I work a hybrid Monday-Friday job (8am-4pm), so the house is generally quiet and relaxed. I also have a small cat, it’s her house really, I just live here. I love to bake, so you’ll probably end up with the odd sweet treat :)

I’m hoping to find someone who’s clean, respectful and easy to live with. I’d love the house to feel like a home where we can have a chat after work now and then, while also respecting each other’s space and privacy. If you’re looking for a calm, friendly place to live rather than just somewhere to rent a room, I think we’d be a good fit.

Bills are included, might be open to a pet if they’ll get on with my cat.
