Lovely room to rent with own bathroom :)

Hi I’m looking to rent a double furnished bedroom in a detached new build with own dedicated bathroom, full access to rest of house. I have one small very friendly dog so would have to be ok with pets. I work full time (sometimes from home) I’m very clean and tidy and would ask the same back from my housemate. Occasional overnight guests by prior agreement. . Council tax band is D which is included in rent as is all other utilities and broadband etc.
