Ideal for access to Durham/ Teesside / Newcastle uni’s as we are 5 minutes walk from Shildon train station. Would do discount for term time only if required. I work full time (from home 2 days per week so please be aware of this) I’m very quiet, clean and tidy and would ask the same back from my housemate. Occasional overnight guests OK by prior agreement. . Council tax band is D which is included in rent as is all other utilities and broadband etc. Non smokers only.
