Hi there, I live at home and recently decided to rent out one of my empty bedroom. I have just completed the conversion and will fully furnished it with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and a desk/dresser. It will be a well presented double bedroom on the ground floor with a shared bathroom in a fully furnished home in a quite residential area. Located in the outskirt of Durham City which is roughly 20 minutes or less by car, lots of free space to park your car and its a safe place to live. It has a good transport link to Darlington, Durham City, Gateshead and Newcastle City. Bus stop is only approximately 10 minutes walk from the house. I cannot edit the flatmate section but it will be me and my son who you will be sharing with. Its a very cosy well maintained home, clean and tidy. It is generally peaceful for anyone wanting a quiet space after a long day. On my free time, I listen to music or watch a movie, my son loves the comfort of his own room when he is not working, he can hardly be seen. It's lovely to spend time in the garden during spring and summer.
