Comfortable, clean and tidy accommodation

A comfortable furnished room available in a modern 3 bedroom property situated on a quiet modern development with peaceful surroundings. Situated within 3 miles of Durham University, the University Hospital and the train station. Included are bills, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, parking, shared living area and garden with patio. Suitable only for a tidy, respectful, non smoking person.
The property is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, we prioritise keeping the place clean and tidy which includes the kitchen, it just makes life so much easier.
Living in the property at the moment are Hannah, Judith and myself. Judith has just completed her studies at the university and I am self employed. Hannah will be leaving in September.
We are surrounded by good cycle, walking and running bridal ways within the local countryside with the local shops only 150mts away.
I have experience of students and professionals staying from all different nationalities over the years and enjoy meeting different people.
Short and long stay welcome, no minimum and no maximum, week by week, monthly or yearly basis available if required, no locked in contract.
Pillows, mattress and a quilt are supplied if required but no bed clothes provided for hygiene reasons.
