Friendly housemate wanted

Recently renovated terrace house with huge garden. housemate required for double room , Out house for storage if required.

This is an aside but it needs to be here, so sorry to all the genuine applicants out there as I am really tired of time wasters. If you can't pay your rent, your deposit, your bills or get references, do not bother applying to live here, I am not a charity and I am tired of spending hours advising people on how life works. I am patient but my patience has been tested by people who want everything for free. You pay your way or don't live here, it's simple.

Anyway sorry for the rant but I am tired of idiots.
