The spacious house is a 15 min drive to Derry City Centre. 20 min to Moville Shore and Lisfannon beach and 35 mins to Letterkenny. The location has the perfect balance; a quiet space with beautiful views and rural walks while also being well connected.

The very large double room is fully furnished with a bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The double bed comes with full bedding and matching curtains.

There is additional space in the room if the tenant wishes to add a desk or there is access to additional hanging rails for the room if extra storage is needed.

The household is suited to a dog lover only as I have a 2 year old Cockapoo who is absolutely adorable.

Ideally a working professional who is seeking a quiet space to relax when not working. There is a 2 weekly cleaner included in the price however keeping shared spaces clean and tidy in between is essential. As a shared household basic levels of kindness and tolerance are required to keep the household peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
