Room To Rent, 3 min from Uni, 1 min Sainsbury’s

I have two rooms to rent
Mon-Fri
Can consider weekends if needed

3 months initially then review

I work day shifts 13 hours and night shifts 13 hours as a nurse

You will share bathroom with me as the house only has one

You will have your own living room as the house has 2 and each living room has an open fire which is used regularly

More than welcome to use kitchen

Magee University is 3 min walk
North West Regional College is 10 min walk
Sainsbury’s is 1 min walk
The Foyle Peace Bridge and Quay Walk is across the street from the house
Bus runs 1 min from house

I have a small dog that stays with my parents when I work which is 3 days a week
