👩 About Me
Hi, I’m a 48-year-old heritage professional. I’m tidy, friendly and easy-going. I work from home mostly and also travel a fair bit for work and pleasure. I value a relaxed, respectful, quiet and peaceful home.

🏠 About the House
The house is a comfortable home in a great location near the Magee University and Brooke Park. It’s a ten-minute walk to the town and on the bus links. There is the popular Graft café nearby, as well as a sports complex, Spar shop, post office, off license, chemist, hairdressers and takeaways.

There is a shared bathroom with an electrical shower and a separate toilet. The house has oil fired central heating and also two functioning fireplaces in the downstairs livingrooms. There is a small outside yard which captures the sun in the summer and is nice to sit out when the flowers are in bloom. You would only be sharing with me, and my ginger cat who is very well behaved and housetrained.

👍 Ideal Housemate
I’m looking for a full-time professional or mature full-time student, preferably not working or studying from home. Someone who is relaxed, thoughtful, a good communicator, clean and tidy. No smokers, heavy drinkers, or (additional) pets. The room would also be perfect for someone who needs mid-week lodgings for work purposes.
