We are three young adults who have moved to Barrow to work at BAE, we are sociable, clean but also appreciate our own space and we are looking for someone similar. 10-15 minute walk to site if you are also working there and really convenient for shops like Tesco, Aldi, B&M. Lots of gyms near by and the train station is just up the road if you’re looking to travel out of Barrow. The deposit is actually £468.75 but the add wouldn’t let me put the correct amount as it had to be less than 5 weeks rent. We also have a contract that covers all utility bills including WiFi which will cost an extra £106.43 and council tax is £45.75 and insurance is £3.95 (per month for all).
All in all the total would be around £500 monthly including everything.
