The rooms come fully furnished with large wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and smart TV. There is bedding available free of charge if required. Fibre broadband is readily available. Bedroom doors are lockable should you require privacy.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath, toilet and basin. The bathrooms are fed by a large hot water cylinder, ensuring there are no cold water moments!

There is a generous, fully equipped communal kitchen, with a large lounge and flat screen TV. Double oven, microwave, two fridge freezers and a washer/dryer is also provided.

A cleaner for all communal areas is included (visiting once every two weeks). All bills (council tax, broadband, TV and utility bills) are included.

Location is good, being located close to Barrow Park. There is a Co-operative store close by, as well as numerous takeaways - the town centre is just a few minutes walk away.

Parking is available immediately outside the property (free of charge) and on the streets around the property (no permit required) - there is always space to park in close vicinity.
